Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Our 30-day policy exceeds this requirement.

• Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) required

How to Request a Refund

2. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
3. Refund processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after inspection

Return Shipping Costs
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• UK customers exercising their 14-day cancellation right: we will refund the standard outbound shipping cost
• Original shipping fees are otherwise non-refundable

Non-Refundable Items
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
